Quick and easy is the key for the registration process. Forcing long registrations is one main reason why users don’t complete purchases.

  • For registered customers, allow them to sign-in and provide easy ways for them to recover forgotten account information.
  • Allow new customers to skip registering. At the end of the check-out, you can give them the option of registering and saving their information for future use. By this time there will be motivation to avoid putting all their information back in.
  • Simply and minimize the information required during check-out and registration by putting most important information first and optional information at the end.
